Lemon & Garlic Marinated Fetta
Lemon & Garlic Marinated Fetta with Snack Size Lavosh Serves 4.
200g fetta cheese, sliced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 1 garlic clove, sliced. ½ cup olive oil. 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced. 1 packet of Kurrajong Kitchen® Snack Size Lavosh.
Place the fetta, lemon juice, zest, garlic and oil in a ceramic dish and allow to marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. To serve, layer the fetta, tomatoes, Lavosh and rocket on serving plates and drizzle over the marinade oil. Brilliant for your dinner party.
