Chickpea Dip with Dukka

400g can chickpeas, drained, rinsed

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tablespoon tahini

Sea salt & cracked pepper to season

4 green onions, thinly sliced

Garnish –   Extra virgin olive oil, micro herbs, dukka, pistachio nuts – chopped


Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, oil, garlic, tahini in a food processor. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir through green onions. Serve in a bowl and garish with Extra virgin olive oil, micro herbs, dukka, pistachios. Serve with Kurrajong Kitchen® Hommus CRUNCH™.
