Step by Step instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a small ceramic pot with baking paper. Place 200g Feta cheese into pot and drizzle with 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil and drizzle with one tablespoon of maple syrup. Top with one tablespoon chopped pecans and bake for 10-15 minutes till slightly golden and warmed through.
2. Serve with 3 pears, sliced, 2 Tbsps chopped sundried tomatoes and garnish with micro herbs.
