Spinach & creamed cheese pizza served on Shepherd’s Bread™

serves 4

125g Cream cheese
200g Spinach leaves
2 long lavosh shepherds bread
100g Prosciutto slices, halved
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Step by Step instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a tray with baking paper.

2. Heat a non stick frypan over medium high heat, add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, allow to melt, and spinach, season with salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes till wilted and combined. Spread mixture over lavosh slices. Dot with remaining cream cheese and bake for 5 minutes till melted. Top with prosciutto and cherry tomatoes and grated parmesan cheese. Break up to serve.
